A- The Club is partnered with the New York Red Bulls Youth Training Programs. Coaching of most teams is covered by a professional Red Bulls Trainer. These coaches will select the players, handle weekly practice sessions, as well as Game Day Coaching. Additionally, each team is staffed by a Parent Volunteer Coach, as well as a Parent Volunteer Manager.

Coaches, assistant coaches and managers are carded by US Club Soccer.  The process includes successful completion of the Sideline Sports Doc and SafeSide Sports online safety courses and a background check.
